WHY WE’RE STILL OPEN

The State of Washington has deemed Integrators like ourselves as Essential Businesses. We’re here to help with essential installations and troubleshooting, service calls, and Verizon issues or needs. Chelan Computer Repair is also set up to offer in-store and remote support.

WHAT WE’RE STILL OFFERING

  • We will continue to perform installations and service calls at this time, but are limiting our scope to essential troubleshooting and basic installations for needed services, including: Home Office and Network setup for those now having to work remotely and service calls to maintain your electronic systems to keep the family sane while at home.
  • Chelan Computer Repair is still available for in-store and remote support.

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

We take the COVID-19 situation seriously when it comes to your health and the health of our employees. We have stepped up our regular cleaning and disinfect customer areas after every customer. We have suspended demos of beds and pillows at this time, as well as public access to our bathroom. Our installation guys are wearing a fresh set of gloves to every job and carry the proper disinfectants with them at all times.

To keep you, our staff and all of our loved ones safe and healthy, we ask kindly that if you are currently sick or have been in the past 7 days, please do not enter our store. Instead, you can call us for remote support during regular business hours (see above).
